What is the Holiday Show?
The Holiday Show is a spectacular spoof of the traditional Nutcracker incorporating all of our classes age 2 - 18 in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and more.
What does my child get out of performing in the Holiday Show?
Performing is the best way for dancers to gain experience, confidence, and to showcase the skills they have learned in the classroom. The whole process teaches discipline, working with a team, working as an individual, building confidence to get up in front of a group of people or a camera, and how to celebrate their accomplishments! It also immerses your dancer in our dance community! It is the soccer game to their soccer practice!
If my child is enrolled in a class, are they automatically in the Holiday Show?
No, you must fill out the google form or let the front desk know directly that your child is participating by September 30.
How much does the Holiday Show cost?
If you choose to participate you are billed per class your child is registered in.
$66 - 6 & under classes
$76 - Elementary classes
$86 - 10 & up classes
$56 - per each additional class
What is included in the Holiday Show fee?
Professional recording experience here at the studio, Costume, Holiday Show Gift, and a Concession Item Ticket for use on recording day!
When are Holiday Show fees due?
Thursday, October 1, 2020
My child is enrolled in multiple classes, do they perform with every class?
If your child is enrolled in multiple classes and they choose to participate in the Holiday Show they will be assigned to one class they are performing with. They will have the option to purchase costumes for additional classes if you would like them to perform with multiple classes at $56 per costume. ***NEW THIS YEAR*** Please discuss with your dancer how many additional PAID dances your child would like to perform in that works for your family budget and let us know in the google form. This will help us with costume planning and casting dances for each class. We will also still have one or two dances that are Build Your Own costumes so that dancers can perform more and we can keep your expenses down.
Can I pay in two separate payments?
Yes, you can as long as it is paid in full by October 1.
When do we receive costumes?
Costumes will be handed out in the month of November as they arrive at the studio.
Please click below and let us know you are performing! All dancers who would like to perform MUST SUBMIT THIS FORM BY SEPTEMBER 30.
