At South Sound Dance, we believe adults deserve a place to grow, learn, create, and have fun, too.

Whether you're stepping into a dance class for the very first time, returning after years away, or looking for a new challenge, come dance! 

You don't need experience.
You don't need the "right" body.

You just need to show up.

Our classes help adults build strength, confidence, coordination, creativity, and connection in an encouraging, judgment-free environment.

Explore Ballet, Tap, Jazz & Musical Theater, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, and more!

Many adult dancers think the chance to have a traditional dance experience, complete with the stage, the costume and recital disappears after childhood.

 At SSD, they don't.

Adult dancers have the option to participate in our annual recital with their classes, and it is so much fun! Not your thing? No worries!

Performance is always optional. 

Looking for even more opportunities? Our THRIVE Performing Group gives dancers additional chances to rehearse, perform, and share their love of dance throughout the year and throughout our community!

 Performing group commitment is September - June.
