Fine Arts Preschool

Fine Arts Preschool is an early learning program at South Sound Dance that teaches preschool curriculum through art, music, dance, and drama. If you are looking for something more for your child, You're in the right place! 

What to expect for PreK students? 

Fine Arts Preschool offers arts education in dance, art, drama, music, yoga, and other specialized activities that will stimulate creative thinking and artistry! A normal day will total 3 hours and includes arts based learning to develop cognitive, social, emotional, and fine motor skills that will prepare your preschooler for Kindergarten. Preschool classes participate in community art installations, enjoy a pumpkin patch fieldtrip in the fall, a family picnic in the spring and more special opportunities for growth and connection. 

Your child will explore academics and arts through monthly themes that build confident, strong, and independent human beings. Counting, colors, shapes, writing, and reading skills are all a part of our PreK classes. 

Our PreK classes are limited to 10 students per teacher for a more personalized experience. Our fantastic PreK teachers will make your child feel safe and welcome and are excited to work with you to create a supportive learning environment for you and your child. 

What days and times will this program be offered?

T, TH 8:30 - 11:30am (Age 3-5)

T, TH 12:30 - 3:30pm (Age 3.5-5)

M, W, F 8:30 - 11:30am (Age 4 - 5)

8:45 - 9:15 Movement warm up/connection activity

9:15 - 9:45 Themed learning - Dance/Music/Drama (Surrounding a fantastic new theme each month!)

9:45 - 10:00 Snack

10:10 - 10:30 Art project/exploration

10:30 - 11:00 Themed learning - Dance/Music/Drama

11:00 - 11:15 Cleanup/Story time

11:15 - 11:30 Parent Pick up! 

What does Fine Arts Preschool cost & how do I register?

2024 - 2025 PreK Fees & Tuition

$295/month - 2 classes per week

+ one-time registration fee of $220

$415/month - 3 classes per week

+ one-time registration fee of $275

*Ask us about 5 day a week options!

All payments for tuition are automatically drafted on the 1st of the month. Students will not be allowed to attend if account is not paid in full. Students may withdraw with written notice if given by the 15th of the month. If notice is received after the 15th you will still be billed for the following month as you are taking a spot in the program.  

Upon registration you will receive a complete handbook with all information and calendar for Fine Arts Preschool!
